They make a wonderful location for your relaxing retreat and are nestled in the North Devon countryside. Though private, you will be only 3 miles from the surfing and nightlife in Woolacombe. You will also have easy access to the Blue Flag beaches in Saunton and Croyde.

With these properties, you can expect a shared utility room, an outhouse close to the property, washing machine and dryer and a freezer. There is plenty of parking and bed linens, towels and electric are included. There is no smoking on the property. There are also no pets or children allowed. There is one double bedroom downstairs and one bathroom with a shower and bath. There is also a private patio and seating with a small BBQ. Central heating is available for an extra 20 per week October through the end of April.
